I just moved to the Bluffton, SC area so you can imagaine that finding a new machanic (I am a female who knows nothing about cars) to work on my vehicle is not on the top of my "favorite things to-do" list. The weekend before Thanksgiving I get in my vehicle and it just wouldn't "go". I found AutoTechs of the LowCountry via Google and phoned them on a Saturday. The owner's wife answered the phone and I immediately felt as this was someone whom I could trust... This business is run by a family; they seemed very genuine, honest and were very customer service oriented...I was very happy with their customer service and would definately recommend them.

Found problem of left front door control switch, windshield washer fluid holder and right mirror turn signal. Obtained parts and repaired everything. Very knowledgeable about my make of car. All repairs done in the time estimated. I had a 1:00 PM appointment and the car was taken immediately. Repairs were done sooner that the original estimate. I waited in the waiting room which was clean and comfortable.

Always been honest with me. Take time to explain things fully. Specialize in Mercedes but work on anything. I take my Dodge Ram 3500 diesel truck to them as well as my Mercedes.
